To join two rebars whose ends have been threaded using the direct rolling method, it is necessary to use Type D middle couplers and a coupler wrench for secure tightening. Type D couplers are specifically designed to match threads produced by direct rolling machines and are manufactured and supplied to clients by our company in sizes ranging from 16mm to 40mm.
These couplers are made from SIKA 45 steel alloy, and all manufactured products undergo rigorous tolerance checks using relevant quality control gauges.
As shown in slide four, the code “3232D” visible on the coupler indicates that it is a middle coupler intended for 32mm rebar and produced using the direct threading (D) method.
Each of these couplers is clearly marked with the standard logo, a unique product authenticity code, and our company’s brand, ‘Pertless’, ensuring easy identification.
