Type P couplers are specifically designed to match threads created by rebar peeling machines and require a coupler wrench for proper tightening. These couplers are manufactured and supplied to clients by our company in a range of sizes from 16 to 40.
These couplers are made from CK45 steel alloy, and the tolerance of all our products is meticulously controlled using relevant quality control gauges.
As visible in slide four, the code “4040P” on the coupler indicates that it is a middle coupler suitable for 40mm rebar, produced using the direct threading (P) method.
Each of these couplers is clearly marked with the standard logo, a product authenticity code, and our  company brand, Pertless.
